Frequently Asked Questions
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a totally natural state of relaxed hyper-focus which you slip into all the time, for example when you drive somewhere safely but can't remember the route you took, or when you are deeply engrossed in a novel or movie. When you are 'miles away' but can easily be brought back to reality if circumstances change. In hypnosis your creative theta brainwaves allow you to envisage vividly how positive change will benefit your life, penetrating you subconscious mind, as it becomes open to positive suggestions and works on those suggestions over time, even after the session is over.
